Last weekend I got an amazing email in my inbox from my insurance company. No, it wasn’t to tell me my premiums were due, or my dividend check was in the mail (yes, they send you one every year). Instead it was to bestow this honor on me:

I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome all the amazing folks from USAA to my blog. Getting an honor like this from a company I use and believe in is so amazing! I’ve been a member of USAA since I turned 16 thanks to my father and grandfather’s service in the Navy.
We once had another agent try to switch over our auto policy, and after running the numbers he couldn’t figure out how our current insurance beat his offer until we told him it was USAA. His words, “No one can beat their prices. Sorry I wasted your time. ” You can’t beat their amazing customer service either! They are consistently ranked high for customer service, and I have experienced that myself time and time again as I’ve called on them for service.
