Sunday Reading

Sundays are usually spent reading, shopping, running errands, and reading blogs. I realized I’m not sharing enough of what I’m reading though you can always find me tweeting links, sharing on Facebook, and thumbing up great content on StumbleUpon.

Dressing up a Little Black Dress from Just Precious: Julie shares her advice for finding an affordable black dress and dressing it up with some gorgeous accessories. While some of her picks are pricey, you can use them for inspiration.

6 Ways to Teach your Child to be a Gracious Loser on Famigo: My friend, Shannon, shared an awesome post on ways to teach your child to lose graciously.

Young House Love shared some Halloween fun: Lots of fun and easy decor updates for Halloween, just don’t read the next post. Too much real life spider for me.

DIY isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and it shouldn’t be. Sometimes we have other skills. MoneySmartLife is an awesome writer and personal finance expert so maybe DIY doesn’t need to be his thing.

Planning some DIY crafts for my son’s Kindergarten class and found these adorable ideas:

Handprint Bat Craft  looks like an adorable way to make something spooky and fun.

This is a super fun game! Mummy wrap is wear you roll one child in TP! Doesn’t get more fun than that!

Glow in the Dark Slime? In a word? AWESOME.

Love these adorable doggy printables  from Living Locurto.

Have you read anything good this week? Let me know in the comments!

Hey Kelly, thanks for mentioning my post on DIY!   I agree with you on not everyone being great at DIY but I don’t know that my wife feels the same way : )
