365 day meal plan

On the heels of our success saving $4,000 last year I’m even more excited about meal planning! Every week I’ll host a linkup so other bloggers can add their recipes and menus as well. My hope is that it will inspire you to meal plan more often.

You can find free printables including a year-long menu plan, grocery list and more on the newly launched Centsible Printables page.

Last Week’s Recap

Monday: BBQ chicken legs, mashed sweet potatoes, salad, and corn bread.
A yummy meal, and though the kids grumbled about the chicken they loved it.

Tuesday: Taco night!
Always my favorite!

Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner. Pancakes, sausage, fruit salad.
An easy crowd pleaser.

Thursday: Sandwiches since we have a busy night!
Super easy for a busy evening.

Friday: Homemade pizzas, salad, and garlic bread.
Blergh. We had a crazy week so we ended up buying dinner out.

Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
I magically made all this appear even though our fridge looked bare.

Clean out the fridge night

Sunday: Pot roast, mashed potatoes, and salad.
Instead I made lamp chops, mashed sweet potatoes, spinach salad, and cornbread.

It’s SO helpful-cuts back on food waste which of course saves us a ton of moolah.

Okay, I need to check out the Udi’s gf pizza crust. I know our Giant carries it. I dropped pizza from my menu plan because of the gf issue, though I do miss it.

      It’s great!

One thing we do with my 3 and 6 year old is Naan Pizza’s that they make themselves. We let them make it, takes them like 5-10 minutes then in the oven they go for another 10 minutes. Quick, easy and healthier then the pizza you get out!

      Love it!
