Hi and welcome to my blog! I’m Kelly, a freelance writer, blogger, and social media consultant. I’m a mom to 4 amazing kids, and wife to my amazingly supportive husband. I have been a stay at home parent for last 12 years. This blog has allowed me to be more than just “mom.”

the ¢entsible life is about family, finances,and living the life you want. My goal is to inspire other families to take charge of their finances and make their money work for them.

After 10 years of increasing our cost of living more than our income, our finances were a mess. Improving my family’s finances is my #1 priority. Our #1 goal is to be debt-free within 2 years.

I created this blog to share things that we are trying, and what works for us.  Hopefully it will inspire other people to join us on this journey towards financial freedom. It all started with a media appearance. I had so much fun, I decided I wanted to keep talking to people about personal finance. It keeps me motivated, and hopefully will inspire others to join us on our journey to being debt-free.

I now make regular media appearances, host my own show the ¢entisble show, and host an internet shop the ¢entsible shop with hand-picked products that I use and love. My goal is to find new ways to bring you products and ideas that you can use to help you save money, and live your dreams on a budget.
