		<description>Carrie, they do have restrictions. I think they are best for someone you know really well. It&#039;s more like a gift of &quot;We&#039;ll go out to dinner together,&quot; and you would cover the rest of the cost. You could always add a gift certificate to the restaurant as well. For instance if I was going to give a $50 gift certificate I might do that and then add the gift certificates as well. It would stretch the $50 that much further. </description>
