Unfortunately, grass-finished beef is not all that easy to find around here, so it's not as easy as going to the market (unless you want very little selection and extremely high prices). Kelly, my allergies have been absolutely awful lately as well! Poor DS has been even worse. He's back on Singulair and his asthma meds. Hope we're ALL feeling better soon. I discovered I was allergic to meat sold in regular grocery stores, be it chicken, beef or whatever. I stopped buying from the large grocery stores & now do my shopping at my local meat market where they carry hormone free, grass-fed meat...no more allergies! Something to think about... ;-) Thought I’d let you know…

The Zyretec and the Flonase helped my allergies, but apparently I have the virus the rest of the family already kicked. I'm feverish now. Fun stuff. Hopefully I will be back on my feet tomorrow, I've been sick too much the last few months! Thanks for the well wishes.

My oldest son has major environmental allergies, too--it's awful to see him suffer so. Perssonally, I love spring with all the flowers, trees, etc., but it's my son's least favorite season because for him it means sleepless nights and not-so-pleasant days. Hope you feel better!
