Kyle from Suburban Dollar with Refinancing Now Could Save You Thousands, definitely worth looking into. We are saving over $300/month by refinancing. Not to mention you usually get a month off from paying the mortgage which makes for a nice addition to the emergency fund or your debt snowball.
