We’re still working on kicking our colds. Of the 4 who were sick, 2 are now better. I’m not one of them. I’m not so bad I can’t function but I feel rundown. So today I’m taking a break, well a virtual break anyway.

Want to read more by me? Check out these guest/staff posts I wrote on other sites:

Virtually Organized: How to Stock the Pantry

Moolanomy: How to Save Money without Thinking

Don’t forget to enter my Sun and Earth giveaway to win a bag full of awesome, green laundry products here.

Have you seen Zen Family Habits yet? If not, set aside about an hour, and go read. Love this new site. I find this post to be really inspirational. 6 Things You Can Do Today to Change Your Child’s Life.

My friend in real life, Liz, wrote this excellent post called, Set a Good Example with eating habits. It’s a great post, and can really apply to other areas of life.

Frugal Dad gives us 5 reasons to dump a strict budget. He makes the analogy of a strict diet and how unsuccessful that is for most people. For years I did this! I would budget too strictly, and end up giving up. Now I have a cushion built-in to our budget, and we have a short-term savings account too.

Have 10 minutes? Emily offers you some fabulous ideas on how much you can accomplish in 10 minutes. This is great advice for a super busy mom, like me. :)

Are you an author or want to be? Read Don Lafferty’s tips on Marketing in a Web 2.0 world. (and I’m not just asking you to read it because he mentions me ;) )

Have a blog post you wrote, or read something great this week, leave me a comment. I’m always looking for new things to read.
