Great gathering of good deals! Don't forget that when you're shopping with your children you can pick up a free snack for them at Whole Foods near the customer service desk. Those folks are wise enough to know a harried mom will buy more groceries if the kids are content.

Also check out Newflower Market and Sprouts for (sometimes amazing!) weekly specials on organic and natural products. They post their flyers online and Wednesdays are double ad days, overlapping the previous and current week's sales.

Your advice on grocery shopping is right on. Spending a little more on good food now will definitely save you later on medical / dental bills. Health is priceless: we shouldn't begrudge a few cents on it here and there!

I've got a page together that lists online sites for many grocers throughout the US and Canada. I find this useful for checking weekly fliers and also printing out store coupons. Coupons can be great, but you need to need the product first (or its not a bargain) and also check your post-coupon price with the grocery-brand's regular price.

If you'd like to check it out, its at http://www.centsible.net/groceries.shtml

Hi there,

I looked over your blog and it looks really good. Do you ever do link exchanges on your blog roll? If you do, I'd like to exchange links with you.

Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks..
