It’s back to a normal schedule here, and we’re back to menu planning as usual. School is full swing, and we’re back to our routines even if we are missing our pumpkin juice and Harry Potter.
September Menu Plan: Week Three
Ready to start meal planning, but don’t know where to start?
Monday (September 14):Southwestern Salad Recipe
This is a great summer salad, and it’s a hearty dinner, too. This is also a great way to say goodbye to all that delicious summer produce.
Tuesday (September 15): Paninis
Paninis are a great dinner option because they’re easy to make, and they can be customized for everyone. Served with a side salad and some homemade fries they’re a great, hearty dinner after a lot of summertime play.
Wednesday (September 16): Fish Tacos
Thursday (September 17):
Honey BBQ chicken wings, roasted potatoes, green salad.
Friday (September 18): Stir Fry
I love all the veggies on top of more veggies! It’s so delicious with all the great seasonal produce we have during the summer. We usually have beef for stir fry (our local Wegman’s carries organic stir fry meat) and/or shrimp, and sometimes bacon. Because bacon.
Saturday (September 19): Clean out the fridge night
Sunday (September 20): Steak and potatoes
