365 Day Meal Plan:: Week 15 Menu

5 Flares Filament.io 5 Flares ×

Last week was a bit hectic, and towards the end of the week I wasn’t feeling well so we made due with what we had on hand to scrounge up some grub for everyone instead of more complicated meals. This week will be much of the same since we’re working on remodeling our bedroom (a sneak peek coming tomorrow!), and my son is competing in the VEX Worlds this week (Go TEAM 80G!), so we’ll be down a kid (and probably spend half as much on groceries).

Reminder: You can create your own rotating menu plan by downloading my menu plan templates which includes a handy grocery list template.

Week 14 Meal Recap

Monday: Broiled Salmon, Brown Rice, Salad, Fruit Salad

Totally yummy. Salmon is so easy to make and so good!

Tuesday: Gluten-free pasta, broccoli, garlic bread, cheese & sauce, salad

Easy peasy dinnertime, perfect for a busy evening.

Wednesday: Taco Night with my taco meat recipe

Another simple meal that everyone enjoyed.

Thursday: Cider glazed pork loin, gluten-free corn bread, salad, honey glazed carrots

I was feeling really sick on Thursday afternoon, so everyone had sandwiches for dinner while I slept/rested.

Friday: Pizza night, garlic bread, salad

We ended up making chicken tonight instead since we didn’t have pizza cheese on hand and I wasn’t feeling up to going to the store.

Saturday: Clean out the fridge night

Another standby-this makes my week so much easier, and the fact that the kids love it makes it fun.

Sunday: Stir Fry night (shrimp, steak, veggies) with rice and salad

We still had leftovers to eat up, so we did that instead of cooking. This gave me some extra time to get some remodeling done-more on that soon!

Week 15 Meal Plan: Week of April 16th

Monday: Hamburgers, hot dogs, and my super fries. Side of spinach salad, and maybe a fruit smoothie too since it’s so warm this week.

Tuesday: Gluten free pasta, broccoli, and side salad.

Wednesday: Taco night with my beef recipe. It’s becoming tradition to eat tacos on Wednesdays. (though my 6yo who is learning alliteration thinks it should be Tuesday or Thursday tacos)

Thursday: Brinner! Maybe oatmeal and eggs tonight.

Friday: Pizza night-homemade pizzas and a big side of salad. Afterwards we’ll watch a movie.

Saturday: Clean out the fridge night

Sunday: Appetizer dinner-one of my favorite things to do as a young kid! Finger foods for dinner.
