Weekly Meal Plan October 21st

I promise I’m not whining (ok, maybe a little) but this cold has been brutal so last week’s menu was barely used. When you’re coughing and sneezing constantly it’s probably not a good idea to cook for your family. We survived on sandwiches, a few cooked meals, and my husband pitching in a lot. I’m <knock on wood> feeling better, so this week should be back to normal. For most folks this is when meal planning falls apart, but don’t let illness or an especially busy week keep you from getting back to it.

365 day meal plan

You can find free printables including a year-long menu plan, grocery list and more on the Centsible Printables page.

Monday: BBQ chicken legs, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, and salad.

Recipes: BBQ chicken wings recipe (instead used on the chicken legs)

Tuesday: Brinner: pancakes, toast, omelets, and lots of fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Taco night!

Recipes: Taco beef recipe, Easy Guacamole Recipe.

Thursday: Clean out the fridge night

Friday: Pizza night!

Saturday: Date night! The kids will get something simple-maybe finger foods or leftover pizza.

Sunday: TBD. I have to go to the grocery store on Sunday, so not sure what I’m cooking up just yet.

What’s on your menu this week?
