It’s almost Halloween! Have you been BOOED yet?

Our neighborhood doesn’t really get into the Halloween spirit unfortunately, so I got the BOO’ing started this year.

You've Been BOOED Ideas and a Free Printable #Halloween

When I put together BOO packs, I tend to go with a theme, and provided items for a fun activity that the whole family can do together.

For this BOO pack I went with a fun eyeball print - it’s fun, bright, and not too scary for kids, but still perfect for Halloween. The idea behind the contents of the pack is for the family to have fun making Halloween cookies together.

Included in the kit:

  • Plastic tablecloth
  • Eyeball plates
  • Eyeball napkins
  • Bloodshot candy eyeballs
  • Edible markers
  • Eyeball glasses to wear

Optional: Include a recipe for your favorite cookies that are perfect for decorating.

Note: If you do include a cookie recipe, please keep possible food allergies in mind.

Boo Box Ideas

Instead of purchasing a trick or treat bag or bucket, which I know in our house seem to accumulate each year, I purchased an old waste paper basket from a thrift store for $2, cleaned it and sprayed it with flat black paint and a sealant. This can be used for a number of different things, including popping a vase inside for a floral centerpiece, or placed by the door and filled with candy on Halloween.

One of the most important parts of delivering a BOO pack to your neighbor is to include instructions on what they should do next, so I’ve put together a free printable for you.

so jealous. We tried last year and it was a complete flop. BOO unfriendly, clique-y neighborhood.
