365 Day Meal Plan: January 28th-February 3rd Linky

January 28, 2013 By Kelly 6 Comments

365 day meal plan
You can find free printables including a year-long menu plan, grocery list and more on the newly launched Centsible Printables page.

Meal Plan Week of January 28th-February 3rd

Monday:Pancakes and fruit salad.

Recipes: Organic pancake recipe.

Tuesday: Taco night!

Recipes: Taco beef recipe, Easy Guacamole Recipe.

Wednesday: Roasted chicken legs, roasted potatoes, a large salad, and cornbread. (I’m still trying to find the perfect recipe, do you have a favorite?)

Thursday: Clean out the fridge night.

Friday: Homemade pizzas, salad, and garlic bread.

Recipes: Homemade pizza dough, gluten-free pizza.

Saturday:Takeout. We have a robotics event all day, so to keep me sane we’ll be picking up takeout on the way home.

Sunday: Super bowl party buffet. Looking for recipes? Jo-Lynne shares a ton of game day recipes. I’ll be making nachos, chicken wings, super fries, a veggie tray, and fruit salad.

Recipes: Super fries.

Recap of January 21st Menu

Lunch: Chicken Chili soup.

I made Chicken Rice soup instead, and it was a lovely way to fill up (and helped me stay healthy!).

Monday: Perfect chicken breasts, rice, salad with apples, and honey roasted carrots.

One of my favorite meals to make since it’s fairly easy, and everyone enjoys it.

Tuesday: Brinner! Pancakes, bacon, and sausage with a side of smoothies.

Always a favorite for the kids.

Wednesday: Taco night with easy guacamole.

Thankful for this simple meal on busy weeknights!

Thursday: Cider-glazed pork loin, homemade applesauce, spinach salad, and corn muffins.

In lieu of pork chops we kept it simple since we had some upset bellies in the house. Everyone had a hodge podge of leftovers and the kids with upset stomachs had oatmeal.

Friday: Homemade pizzas, salad, and garlic bread.

The kids LOVE when they make their own personal size pizza. The younger kids all had sauce and pepperoni, no cheese.

Saturday: Clean out the fridge night. A great way to prevent food waste and literally clean out the fridge before our weekly grocery shopping trip.

We cooked up the pork chops, and had the rest of whatever I could scrounge up.

Sunday: Broiled salmon, spinach salad, and homemade garlic bread.

In lieu of salmon I made gluten-free pasta, salad, garlic bread, and sweet Italian sausage.

What’s on your menu?

I need to put tacos on my menu. The kids have been asking for them. I would love to do a taco bar to make it more interesting and to see if certain kids would try more veggies.
