Hope you all had a great holiday weekend! We went away which was lovely (especially since I didn’t have to meal plan!), and even enjoyed a date night out at a restaurant. This week’s meal plan is coming up a little late since I spent the weekend offline, and am just playing catchup. Check out the program I tried this week, last week’s recap, and this week’s meal plan below.

Monday: Brinner! Maybe gluten free pancakes with a side of bacon.
Always a family favorite! Who doesn’t like breakfast?
Tuesday: Lemon garlic chicken, broccoli, and side salad.
Posting the recipe (and pics) soon. This is SO easy, and delicious.
Wednesday: Taco night with my beef recipe. It’s becoming tradition to eat tacos on Wednesdays. (though my 6yo who is learning alliteration thinks it should be Tuesday or Thursday tacos)
A staple of our meal plan.
Thursday: Hamburgers, hot dogs, and my super fries. Side of spinach salad with cucumbers and carrots.
My lazy self decided to skip dinner plans, and we had a clean out the fridge night instead since we planned to be out of town this weekend at the last minute.
Friday-Sunday: It’s a holiday weekend, so it’s likely we’ll be a little more carefree about our menu depending on what activities we choose to do. Maybe a day trip, a movie? We’ll see.
Week Number 21 Meal Plan: Week of May 28th
Monday: Memorial Day! We had a lazy dinner with lots of salad, sandwiches, and fresh fruit. It was just too hot to cook!
Tuesday: Baked chicken legs, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad with strawberries.
Wednesday: Taco night!
Thursday: Broiled salmon, pasta, and spinach salad.
Friday: Hamburgers and hot dogs, super fries, and salad.
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night
Sunday: Picnic dinner
