Monday: Roasted chicken breasts, salad, and roasted potatoes.
Nom, nom, nom. Even better there were no small people around, so we had a quiet dinner for two.
Tuesday: Dinner out with the hubby.
Instead I was home alone, and ate a big salad while I wrapped up some work.
Wednesday-Sunday: I’ll be at my parents, so likely I’ll cook a meal or two, and so will my mom. Thinking grilled flank steak, and fresh corn and peaches sound like an easy and perfect summertime meal after being on the beach all day.
I totally didn’t cook. (Sorry mom!)
Week 32 Menu Plan: Week of August 13th
Monday: Sandwiches (choice of PB, PBJ, ham or turkey), potato chips, sliced veggies, and fruit salad.
Tuesday: Taco night! (see my taco beef recipe here)
Wednesday: Gluten-free pasta, sauce & cheese, steamed broccoli, salad, and garlic bread.
Thursday: Roasted chicken breasts, summer salad, watermelon, and roasted potatoes.
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
Sunday: Hamburgers and hot dogs, super fries, fruit salad, salad with fresh veggies.
