Lately my meal plans have been easier because I’m doing a bit of traveling right now. It’s a nice break from meal planning, but it’s not so good for my waistline so I’ll be cooking a bit lighter this week since we’ll be traveling again in 9 short days to go to DisneyWorld where I plan to eat my way around Epcot.
