Family Holiday Fashion for Less

November 30, 2012 By Kelly Leave a Comment

Between the hustle and bustle of the holiday season we often have parties, school concerts, and other occasions that call for a little dressing up. It can be tough to find looks that are festive but budget-friendly, so I set out to create a few looks on a budget for both mom and kids. (Dads are on their own!)

Kids Holiday Looks for Less

This adorable red dress from H&M is only $17.95!

You can not beat the price of this sweet lace dress from H&M. At only $9.95 you’ll definitely get your money’s worth.

How adorable and fun is this sequined dress from Gap?

This striped dress works for both everyday and dressing up.

Gap Striped Ruffle Dress

A shirt and tie with jeans or cords are a great way for little boys to dress up. At $17.95 including a tie there are a variety of choices from H&M.

I adore plaid for the holidays, and love these plaid shirts from Land’s End.

The cuteness of this little boy’s H&M outfit may just be too much. For $29.95 your little guy is sure to be the talk of any holiday party.

Gymboree has tons of boys looks, but this one is my favorite, and with most items 50% off it’s a great deal. It’s comfortable enough for your active little guy, but cute enough for family holiday pictures.

Mom’s Holiday Looks for Less:

For $110 this is a bit pricier, but this classic dress will last you for years to come and is perfect for dressing up with some sparkle for the holidays or wearing to the office.

Banana Republic Textured Cowl Neck Dress

I love wrap dresses. They work on a variety of figures, and are forgiving when you have all those extra holiday cookies.

Gap Solid Wrap Dress

For a casual but comfy look this striped sweater dress is perfect for casual family gatherings, and school holiday parties.

Gap Striped Merino Sweater Dress

I adore this Ikat dress in red. It manages to be festive, chic, and classic all at once.

Banana Republic Heritage Ikat Print Dress

What are you wearing this holiday season?
