WyshMe is a new gifting app that I’m obsessed with for the holidays. It makes gift lists easy and I consider it a must-have this holiday season. It also makes gift giving more fun by allowing you to see your friends gift lists which makes buying for them easier than pumpkin pie.
The Lingo:
Wysh or Wyshes: Perfect gift idea(s)
WyshList: A group of Wyshes that were made for a particular person, event or purpose like “Holiday WyshList for John,” or “Birthday WyshList for Suzanne.”
What kind of things can you find on WyshMe?
With 100 merchants there are a huge range of products for people of all ages. Handy categories at the top including teens, men, women, and kids make browsing simple. You can also search for items like ‘rings’ or ‘backpack’ and see a ton of options!
Why a WyshList?
While some people may be against providing a wish list for things like holidays or birthdays I find it’s so much easier to shop when I know what my sister’s kids are into lately or what the birthday boy (a classmate of my child’s) loves to play. It also provides you with a jumping off point. If you see dozens of Doctor Who items on the list you can be pretty confident that your niece will love that Sonic Screwdriver.
How am I using WyshLists?
I’m using the app to create my holiday list to share with friends and family-one for our kids and one for myself. The list for the kids will make shopping for the easier, and I’ll be able to create a single WyshList they can check anytime that have time to shop. No more searching their inboxes for emails or looking at multiple lists. No more phone calls or texts from the store. I’m also creating a WyshList for myself because it’s so much fun!
Claiming a Wysh
Another benefit is that as list members make purchases they can check off that item on the list by checking the check mark. The other list members will then be able to see that the items have been claimed so no one gets three of the same gift.
Why WyshMe?
WyshMe is perfect for busy moms on the go. From the grandparents, cousins, and aunties or uncles asking what to give the little ones this holiday season to offering up gifting ideas for your spouse you’ll find it very helpful.
Staying organized about gift giving is a challenge, and this is a great way to keep organized when your gift list is long. My husband and I can share a list. We’ll use it to add and subtract items for each kid. Leave comments or even start a chat about a particular item.

My only wish is that it would allow you to search by price since I occasionally find something I love that’s a bit out of my budget, thankfully the search function comes in handy!
