This week I feel like we’re finally back in the swing of things, and the kids have a long weekend (they are off Friday and Monday) so I’ll be cramming as much work in as possible during school hours and hopefully our meal plan will keep things on track and make the evenings (hopefully) more manageable.

Meal Plan for Week of January 13th
Monday: Clean out the fridge night.
Tuesday: Emma’s night- Roasted chicken, salad, rolls, and fruit smoothies.
Wednesday: Nathan’s night- Hamburgers and hot dogs, homemade fries, and salad.
Thursday: Aidan’s night- Brinner. Pancakes and sausage, fruit salad, and most likely some delicious dessert.
Friday: Audrey’s night- Steak, green beans, salad, fruit salad, and maybe she’ll bake something sweet.
Saturday: Bob’s night- Not sure what he’ll come up with!
Sunday: Mom’s night- Pizza night. I plan to make this delicious avocado pizza for me and cheese and pepperoni for the family.
