After a weekend of eating out I’m happy to be home and cooking again. While I love to eat out, it adds up so fast! This weekend was a reminder of how pricey eating out can get. Though eating out was a great way to connect with my friends and meet new folks, too. Since I’m getting home today I figured an easy dinner is in order, and since everyone loves breakfast for dinner, we’re starting with that this week.

Monday: Brinner-panackes, bacon, and omelets with fruit smoothies on the side.

Tuesday: Sirloin steak, homemade garlic fries, green salad and broccoli.

Wednesday: Taco night with easy guacamole, taco beef, shredded cheese, and shredded lettuce.
Thursday: Roast chicken breasts, steamed green beans, gluten-free cornbread, salad, and sliced apples.
Recipes: Perfect chicken.
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
Sunday: Roasted chicken legs, mashed potatoes, (more) cornbread, and a large salad.
