This is THE week. the week to get it all done before the holidays. Work, chores, all the homework and projects, and of course we’re still trying to cook a healthy meal each night. This week we need to make sure our meals are quick, easy, and healthy.
We’ve got some great meals planned for this week, and since we split up the respoinsibilities I am hopeful we can get all.the.things. done and still eat well.
Monday: Chicken tenders, salad, homemade french fries.
Thursday: Brinner with these AMAZING apple-banana-cinnamon oat pancakes, bacon, sausage, and fruit salad.
Friday: Pizza night!
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
