With only single digits left until Christmas this week is going to be packed full of last minute shopping, wrapping, and lots of projects that need to get wrapped up so I can take time off for the holidays. Add to that a broken windshield and a broken heater and meal planning wasn’t high on my list. But I know it will mean big savings and help with whatever huge bill we’ll get from getting the heater fixed. So I’m motivated to get it done for that alone-even though I’d much rather eat Christmas cookies all week long. 😉

Monday: Brinner– breakfast for dinner with our favorite pancakes, omelets, and fruit salad. Smoothies from our new Vitamix will be on the menu too!
Wednesday: Eating out! Our school is hosting a dining out night fundraiser at Chipotle! Who am I to turn down supporting our school? 😉
Friday: Pizza night! Homemade pizzas are on the menu with a big side salad.
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
Sunday: Gluten-free Honey BBQ chicken wings, salad, fruit salad.
