I don’t know about you but post-Thanksgiving I feel the need to eat healthier. All those potatoes and turkey aren’t especially good for my waistline. Since it’s also a time of year when sugar abounds, trying to eat more fresh fruit and veggies is another good addition to the dinner table.
You can find free printables including a year-long menu plan, grocery list and more on the Centsible Printables page.
Monday: Brinner: breakfast for dinner with our favorite fall pancakes, omelets, and fruit salad.
Tuesday:Sirloin steak (cooked medium), homemade french fries, and a giant salad on the side.
Thursday: Baked tilapia, rice, salad with apples and nuts.
Friday: Pizza! Friday nights are always busy so pizza is a great option. We’ll add a big side salad and fruit for dessert to add some healthy to our meal.
Saturday: Clean out the fridge night.
Sunday: Nathan’s birthday! He gets to pick our meals-I’m betting it will be pizza.
