Save Time with CVS

December 9, 2016 By Kelly

Disclosure: I’m proud to be working with CVS Pharmacy to help spread the word about the CVS ExtraCare Rewards Program. All opinions expressed are my own, and all product claims or program details shared should be verified at CVS.com or with the appropriate manufacturers.

Saving money is great, but saving time is possibly even better. Not only does it give you more time to spend with your family or doing things you love, but you can use that time to find even more ways to save. Cha ching!

I shared ways to save big at CVS previously-you can find that info here. You can also save time with CVS while you’re saving money that is basically like a double cha ching!

While you’re at this time saving thing why not go digital altogether? Use CVS’s digital tools like personalized emails, app-only coupons, and more.

ExtraCare Rewards

The ExtraCare Rewards is an awesome perk of shopping at CVS that will save you time and money. No hunting down savings-you can save easily with ExtraCare and get rewarded for shopping, too. The CVS ExtraBucks are earned every time you shop at CVS. You can sign up in just a few minutes and get huge savings and rewarded for shopping you already plan to do. It’s a great way to stretch your dollars and save you time.

Get ExtraCare discounts

One huge way to save time is to get savings and coupons directly on your ExtraCare rewards card or CVS Pharmacy app. Not only will you find exclusive savings you can use, but you can clip coupons with a click of a finger. It’s so simple even the most coupon averse among us can do it!

Personalized Deal Emails

There are few companies I let email me offers and information, but CVS is definitely one of them. I’m already shopping at CVS, getting ExtraCare rewards, using digital coupons, and saving time (and money). However, by getting their emails I get personalized deals just for me that make saving time and money even easier.

Prescription pick up

Using CVS for prescriptions is a smart way to save time. You can fill your prescription via the CVS Pharmacy app or their website and get notified when it’s ready. You can also use the app or the website to refill prescriptions. Sign up for text alerts for an even simpler way to fill and refill.

Go digital with receipts

No more paper needed with the ExtraCare program. You can go digital with receipts to track your spending and saving. No need to hunt down those FSA qualifying receipts or keep reams of paper receipts-they’ll be available in your app or online whenever you need them.

Shop online or via the CVS Pharmacy app

CVS now offers an easy way for you to get what you need without even making a trip to the store. You can shop via your app or the website to order exactly what you need while using your coupons and racking up savings at the same time.

Right now you can get free shipping for the rest of the year if you spend $49 or more. It’s a great way to stock up on holiday needs, spend your FSA money before the end of the year, and even get Christmas gift shopping done without leaving home!

Take Advantage of CVS Curbside Pickup

When you need to pick up a few items at CVS, but don’t have time to shop yourself you can use CVS Curbside Pickup. It allows you to place an order via your CVS Pharmacy app or the website and then you’ll get a text when it’s ready. Head over to CVS and your order will be brought to your car. This is an excellent way to get what you need when you’re sick or when you have little ones in tow.

Remember to sign up for CVS ExtraCare and download the CVS Pharmacy app. To get the CVS Pharmacy app simply text APP to 287-277 or go to your app store and search for CVS. The app is available on iOS or Android.

CVS is my go-to not only for our healthcare needs, but for a variety of things we need including household goods, food (yes, really!), and holiday needs.
