It’s a big week this week! School starts, and we’e headed somewhere fun this week!

September Menu Plan: Week One
Monday (August 31): Back To School Dinner
The kids get to choose what we’re having for dinner tonight. I’m thinking it will end up being burgers, fries, watermelon, and corn on the cob. It’s also a nod to the end of summer.
Tuesday (September 1): Tangy Slow Cooker Chicken
This chicken is delicious! We eat it with a big green salad and gluten-free cornbread muffins.
Wednesday (September 2): Clean out the fridge night
Since we’re leaving for vacation the next day we’ll be cleaning out the fridge tonight. Eating ALL the things.
Thursday-Sunday: Family Forward
EEK! We’re so excited. We’re headed out of town on Thursday for the Family Forward conference which is being held at Universal Studios in Orlando. The kids (and the grownups!) are going to have so, so much fun at Wizarding World. I can’t wait to walk through Platform 9 3/4!
