Stronger, More Beautiful Hair On A Budget

August 26, 2015 By Kelly

I have this things about beauty products. I have to find things that are both inexpensive and work amazingly well. I’m also kind of picky about what they smell like and how they feel. I can’t stand it when a shampoo has no foam, and forget it if it’s got some overly scented smell. NOPE.

A great shampoo and conditioner should ideally be inexpensive, smell good (but not overly perfume), and make my hair and scalp feel great.

That’s why I’m grateful to work with CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ on this post. They sent me their products to try and I wasn’t sure what I’d think. I knew I needed a new product, but I had no idea how badly I needed it until I started using it.

Here’s the scoop on CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™. They’re a global haircare brand focused on nourishing your scalp. They launched in 2012 and literally focused on the opposite end of hair. For years we were focused on the ends, but the scalp is where its’ at.

Why the scalp?

Like soil is to a tree, your scalp needs nourishment to help you grow strong hair. That’s where your hair grows from, so it’s important to nourish your scalp for strong hair.

More importantly it’s the time of year when you should be thinking about your scalp health. Did you know weather can also have a strong effect on our scalps? As seasons change so do our skin cells and hair cycle – in fact, studies have shown that seasonality can cause shedding especially in fall.

Scalp skin is actually the same skin that we have on our arms, legs and the rest of our body – it has the same function and structure. You wouldn’t (or shouldn’t!) skip cleansing and moisturizing the skin on your face and body, so the same care should be applied to your scalp.

What’s in CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™?

Their ingredients set them apart, too. The products are:

  • Infused with cactus extract, a known hydrator
  • Clinically proven to help replenish the scalp with essential hydration with regular use
  • Formulated with Nutrium 10™, an advanced moisture complex of vitamins and nutrients including vitamins B5, C & E, sunflower, almond, soybean & coconut oils, glycerin & aloe vera.

Okay, but what about the price?

I know you think it’s going to be expensive, but it’s not! It definitely fits my budget-friendly beauty bill. It’s available at places like Target.com or Walgreens for a retail price of $4.99-5.99. SCORE!

CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ Review:

In a nutshell it’s my new go-to. I love the price. I love that it smells good without being overpowering. And my own scalp thanks them. Now my scalp is healthy and my hair is stronger and more beautiful. And all it took was changing to CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™

Since I’ve been using it I converted the whole family. Now everyone from my husband to my youngest are using it, too. Everyone’s hair looks better, and is stronger, too.

How To Use CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™

For the best results I wash my hair daily. I know some people gasp and say you should never, EVER do that, but I find my hair needs it each day.

The best way to use it is to use a small amount of shampoo massaged into your scalp directly. Really spend some time massaging it in.

After you rinse follow with conditioner. Use it all over-not just the ends. Make sure to massage it into your scalp as well to really get the full effect.

Have you tried CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™?
