This week is a big week! Audrey turns 10 tomorrow, and we have a big reveal for her (shhh, don’t tell her-she’s going to DisneyWorld!). In addition we have some other big news that I gave Instagram followers a sneak peek about. (hint: it involves something fluffy)
In any case this week (and the coming month is sure to be CRAZY and fun, so I’m glad we have our meal plan in place for the year so I don’t even have to think about it!
Perfect roast chicken, this amazing sweet potato recipe (I skip the prosciutto), salad, and peas.
Audrey’s birthday! She gets to pick. I suspect she’ll want a Five Guys hot dog-as she says, no one makes them like they do!
Wednesday: (Nathan’s night)
Taco night! Taco beef, tortillas or tortilla chips, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, and easy guacamole.
Thursday: (Aidan’s night)
BRINNER (breakfast for dinner): our favorite pancakes, bacon, sausage links, and loads of fruit.
Clean out the fridge night.
Pizza night! Homemade pizza.
Baked garlic lemon tilapia (recipe on SkinnyTaste), rice, steamed broccoli, and salad.
