As October is wrapping up we’re looking forward to Halloween! I’m sharing October’s week four menu plan and look for a Halloween menu shortly. You can also check out our October month long plan here.
Ready to start meal planning, but don’t know where to start?
October: Week Four
Monday (October 26): Paninis
Paninis are a great dinner option because they’re easy to make, and they can be customized for everyone. Served with a side salad and some homemade fries they’re a great, hearty dinner after a lot of summertime play.
Tuesday (October 27: Pistachio-crusted Salmon
This recipe from Nom Nom Paleo is delicious. A combination of a few of our favorite things into one easy to make dish? Yes, please.
Wednesday (October 28): Greek Yogurt Chicken Kabobs
These Greek yogurt chicken kabobs are a lot of work, but all the kids LOVE them. I do, too. The tangy yogurt makes these so good. (As a side note I don’t seem to react to Greek yogurt, and have heard from other folks that have lactose intolerance or dairy issues that they have found similar things.) I’ll share the recipe soon, but essentially you marinate in a few spices and the yogurt, cook them, and then devour their deliciousness.
Thursday (October 29): Steak Sandwiches
Bob knows how to make a mean steak sandwich. We serve them up on Schar gluten-free buns, a great big salad, and a side of fries.
Friday (October 30): Pizza
Pizzas have become a Friday night tradition lately. It’s an easy out after a long week.
Saturday (October 31): Halloween
We love to have a fun, but quick holiday menu. This year I’ll be posting a separate holiday menu for you to use closer to the holiday.
What’s on your menu?
