We’re headed home this week and getting back to routines and schedules and laundry and homework. BLECH. In other words menu planning is light because we’ll be suffering post-vacation blues.

September Menu Plan: Week Two
Monday-Thursday: Vacation
Family Forward ends on Monday and then we’re going to be on vacation for a few extra days. I’m really looking forward to it, though I’m really NOT looking forward to the packing.
Friday (September 11): Pizza
Pizza is on the menu for tonight. Though realistically after vacation and with a mountain of laundry to do we’ll probably get takeout.
Saturday (September 12): Brinner
Breakfast for dinner is always a favorite. We’ll have gluten-free pancakes, smoothies, and bacon.
Sunday (September 13): Slow Cooker Chicken
This tangy slow cooker chicken is a family favorite. We’ll serve it tonight with salad, and roasted potatoes.
